Troy Davis is a native to Butte County, CA, where he has resided for over 45 years and continues to do so with his wife and loving family.
Troy started his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Ponderosa in July 2003 as a sales person. Then in 2006, Troy furthered his education, studied extensively and obtained his real estate Broker’s license.
Troy believes that continuing his real estate education and training are crucial to providing a superior service, maximizing profits and minimizing costs when buying or selling a home.
Troy is a Certified Expert Advisor with the National Association of Expert Advisors (NAEA) where he has been trained to provide expert advice to both Home Sellers and Home Buyers. His training with NAEA has earned him the Certified Home Selling Advisor (CHSA) designation and the Certified Home Buying Advisor (CHBA) designation.
CRS- Certified Residential Specialists. Troy was awarded with the CRS designation by the Council of Residential Specialists in July 2006.
CDPE-Certified Distressed Property Expert.
Awards received during his real estate career include the Sterling Award (2004), the Diamond Award (2005 & 2006) and the International President’s Elite Award (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015).
Troy’s Experience includes Probates, Trusts, and Distressed Properties (including foreclosures and short sales); assisting buyers and sellers throughout Butte County, CA (Chico, Oroville, Paradise, and Magalia).
